Beyond sharing birthdays, we have a further identical passion; serving our customers with the finest food, wine and cocktails.
Born in France, we joined the Culinary School of Toulouse in 1994. Alex decided to specialise in Cuisine and Igor in Bar and Restaurant Management.
With over 30 years of experience between us, straddling 5 continents, from Miami to K.L, Paris to London, we have worked with the very best in the industry, and cooked for actors, politicians and royalty.
In London, we have worked at Claridge's, The Connaught, The Capital and Metropolitan to name but a few.

From 2 to 100 people, we would be delighted to cater for your event.
We will do the shopping, prepare and cook with our own utensils, serve... and of course clean up after ourselves.

All in all, we can take care of anything culinary or drinks-related you need, leaving you to eat, drink and have fun with your guests.
Canapes
Our canapes will enrich any event or function, private parties, exhibitions, launch parties or any special occasion that requires that exquisite touch.
A few examples include:
* Thai fish cake with a sweet chilli sauce
* Smoked salmon mousse on blini, served with lime creme fraiche
* Roasted beef fillet on mini Yorkshire pudding and horseradish sauce
* Tomato and buffalo mozzarella spoon, drizzled with chervil pesto
* Mini Grand Marnier pancake
We can also offer drinks and cocktails to complement the canapes, with waiter service where required.

Cocktails
If you want to enjoy your party or event without having to worry about the drinks and the glasses, we can help.
As with any top bars in London, you will be able to choose from our cocktail menu, or create your own.
We also provide a wide range of other drinks to suit all tastes.
With red and white wines, Champagne, beers, soft drinks (including non-alcoholic cocktails) and an extensive variety of spirits on offer, everyone will be happy.
As with our food, we can tailor our bar package to best meet your budget and event.

Each master class can be booked individually or could be the perfect complement to your lunch, dinner or event.

Please remember that we could also start your event with our canapes selection and/or a cocktail reception.
Select your favourite dish from each course. There is a minimum booking fee of £200.00, including food and catering costs. An extra charge may apply for travel
and parking.
Prices
We believe in tailoring your experience, and to that end the price of your event will depend on many variables, including the location, the number of people, the date and time of your event etc.
